I have been adobe photoshop cc 2017 not installing free download to install any of the applications. The error message says your windows needs updating. I have all the latest updates for win 7 professional 64 bit. I’ve had microsoft support engineers doing a remote logins on my machines 20117 check they are up to date and they have no idea why the Adobe installer thinks my windows needs updating.

I have tried on both my machines and 217 same problem. Somebody I work with is also running the same operating system and version and they also have the same issue. Adobe say it is compatible with windows 7 service pack 1. The maximum file size is 47 MB.
